Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about the courses, the facilities and how booking works.

Do I need broadcast experience before joining?

No. Foundation courses start from the basics of video signal and camera handling. Advanced courses list the experience they expect on their course page.

Where do the courses take place?

Most courses run in our studio and gallery facilities in the United Kingdom. Remote contribution practice includes supervised work on location.

How large are the cohorts?

We keep groups small, usually six to eight learners per tutor, so everyone gets time on the equipment.

Can my newsroom book a private session?

Yes. We run team courses on site or in our studio. Send us a message and we will build a plan around your workflow.

What happens after I enquire?

We reply within one working day with dates, availability and the current offer. Nothing is charged through this website.
